Possess Fire Safety Manager certification


Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for the daytoday facilities management service to our client, managing premises that focus mostly on outdoor recreation activities. You will be part of a team to develop and maintain partnership with the client, main contractors and / or vendors.
  • Responsible for the management of facilities services to our client.
  • Recommend and implement improvement works at the client's premises to meet service standards.
  • Facilitate and ensure contractors/vendors complete repair and maintenance work to required timelines and standards.

Requirements:


  • Minimum Bachelor Degree qualified preferably in a Facilities Management or Building Services or Mechanical and Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Possess Fire Safety Manager certification and CERT is required.
  • Having a class 3 driving licenses will be an additional advantage.
