Alpha Pioneer Marketing is hiring on behalf of Shell Eastern Petroleum (Pte) Ltd. The work location will be with Shell Eastern Petroleum (Pte) Ltd.


Introduction

Responsibilities include:


Payment:


  • Plan, develop and execute marketing and promotional campaigns with partners, to drive sales and customer engagement. This includes coordination of creative and comms deployment, logistics coordination to stations, promotion setup in operational system, pulling of reports for campaign tracking, managing queries that come in from our customer enquiry channels.
  • Escalation and operations focal point to ensure all payment acquiring related processes (settlement process, authorization, IT file transfers) are able to run as intended.
  • Account management and day to day operations focal for our payment partners. This includes tracking of the marketing budget, agreed joint KPIs, maintenance of KPI reports, ensuring timely reimbursements and coordination operations.

Loyalty Marketing:


  • Overall support to team lead in managing the endtoend consumer loyalty programme.
  • Plan and execute marketing and promotional campaigns for targeted customer segments on various scales eg. from singlesite initiatives to countrywide campaigns.
  • Ensure flawless campaign execution via close partnership with internal and external stakeholders
  • Work with external partners, marketing, media and CRM agencies closely to deliver targeted and effective communications to our customers.
  • Monitor customer activity and propose initiatives to increase retention and reactivate customers.
  • Accountable for day to day operations of the loyalty programme including: 1) Focal point between I.T. for technical related issues, 2) Managing the rollout of loyalty related system enhancements where applicable, 3) Focal point for loyalty customer support, 4) Loyalty KPI reports & CRM dashboard.
  • Manage external partnerships and manage the loyalty catalogue to refresh offers for our customers
  • Oversee the scheduling of the respective communication points for the loyalty program
  • Website, onsite, app, enewsletters

Project Management (Digital):


  • Individual will be responsible for operational excellence in UAT, planning of the rollout schedule and as well as marketing activations during app launch.

Required Experiences & Skill Sets

  • Degree or experience in Marketing and campaign execution
  • Proficient with figures and analysis of data
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude and ability to communicate at all levels
  • Energetic, resourceful and results oriented
  • Have enthusiasm and drive in order to deliver the desired outcome

Other Details

  • Relevant work experience is preferred but not required
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed
  • 2year contract (renewable)

Working Hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday
