Key Functionalities

  • Conducting analysis/design workshops with users.
  • Defining project scope and objectives, feasibility assessment of gathered requirements.
  • Translating functional designs into technical specifications to external vendors.
  • Solution Designing for HR Processes/Modules. ( Specifications, testing conditions, error management).
  • Support and Facilitate the UATs, identifying and resolving issues, while driving improvement and rectification efforts.

Ideal Qualifications

  • Experience on Human Capital Management
  • Experience in SAP Successfactors/ S/4 HANA.
  • Design and Build enablement/management.
  • Proficiency in Configuration and Release management.
  • Solid experience in Project Management and methodologies.
  • PMP / ACP Certification is advantageous.
