Job Description & Requirements:

Project Engineer / Builder Trade

Posses relevanat Degree or Diploma qualification in builder trade and certificate must be recognized by BCA / PEB)
Minimum 25 years relevant working experience in local environment.
Ability to perform site planning, coordination and execution
Meticulous in materials qty, costing, requirement, preparation and execution from respective drawings.
Team player within company and external with contractors and consultant.
Control the worksite effectively in achieving good safety and housekeeping standards.
Good planner for all site works and address and followup any issues to avoid delays.
Engage in Project work and ensure successful completion as well as hand over of Projects to the Clients.
