    The Role



    Working Location:
    . Mount Elizabeth Orchard Hospital
    . Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital
    . Gleneagles Hospital
    . Parkway East Hospital

    Key accountabilities


    . Possess knowledge related to patient safety of OT - asepsis, instrument management, swab management, consent, time out, positioning, etc.
    . Manage and plan the care management of individual patient.
    . Participate in physician rounds and carry out treatment / investigations as ordered.
    . Participate in action plans for the unit to enhance employee engagement.
    . Maintain current trends in nursing practice and management through formal education and self- development. Ensure customer satisfaction, resolve and follow through quality/ service issues.
    . Demonstrate competency in nursing core and special skills.
    . Supervise junior nursing personnel in providing quality nursing care.

    Qualifications & Experience


    . Diploma / Degree in Nursing
    . Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board
    . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    . Candidates with leadership experience may be considered for a senior role
    . Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply
