Our client is a growing FX trading firm, looking for a Compliance Manager in Singapore.


Responsibilities:


  • Review prospective clients for onboarding approval and conduct annual review of clients flagged
  • Manage engagement with internal and external auditors, regulatory inspections and compliance reviews
  • Provide AML/ CFT training to the employees
  • Prepare regulatory reports and maintain compliance manual

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
  • At least 3 years' compliance experience in bank or financial institution
  • Selfstarter and proactively take ownership
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • CAMS or other compliance qualification would be a plus
  • Ability to converse in Mandarin as interaction with Chinese clients is required
