Job ScopeGenerate quotations to customer To assist in purchasing the necessary parts for service jobs To check spares availabilities & lead time with various suppliers To check & ensure that prices quoted from vendors are competitive To track spares delivery status and advise accordingly to store-man To track & file all purchases with reference to service jobs To prepare Delivery orders & Invoices in a timely and organized manner To assist service team on logistic preparation for overseas job assignment To assist the Accounts team with proper documents to ensure timely payment from customers
