Description

JOB EXPOSURE

  • Work in the logistics division
  • Assist in the logistic process
  • Processing the import and export documentation
  • Work closely with the Warehouse and Procurement personnel
  • Coordinate with export packer/freight forwarder documentation for movement and transportation of materials from the warehouse to the rig.
  • Maintain proper records/files/registers and other required documents for the above areas of operation.
  • Provide documents required for the shore base support office.
  • Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENT

  • Pursuing a Diploma or Degree from the Singapore Institute of Higher Learning
  • Courses from Supply Chain / Accounting / Finance / Business
  • Detail oriented / organize / interactive / positive attitude
  • Excellence in MS Office
  • Detailed oriented
