Experience in property and real estate is a prerequisite. Commercially astute with excellent judgement, you should bring to the table visionary thinking and the capacity for innovation. Other sought-after qualities include drive, determination, an open and forward looking mindset and decisiveness.

We want someone who can mentor others, lead strategic discussions and implement initiatives to improve overall operational efficiency and effectiveness.

RequirementsArchitecture, Engineering, QS or Building and Real Estate Management qualificationExtensive Executive-Level management experience (At least 10 years).Extensive Real Estate development or marketing experience (At least 15 years).Either Residential experience or Commercial development experience is required.

Strong visionary with proven leadership qualities and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Relate well to team and can draw out the best in everyone.
