**Job Description & Responsibilities

Assist clients, particularly homeowners and/or interior designers, in navigating their purchasing journey.
Boost sales by actively engaging customers, employing suggestive selling techniques, and sharing comprehensive product knowledge.
Responds to clients' inquiries and provide outstanding customer service (online and offline).
Carrying out transactions processing payments
Keeping the environment safe and clean.
Any adhoc duties that are in relation to the business given by the management.

Qualifications & Requirements

At least 1year working experience in the retail industry is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided
Ability to multitask
Good communication skills
