- Delivering Service Excellence: You are responsible for ensuring that our centres operate smoothly according to our SOP, so that the service delivered is of exceptional quality.
- Building Customer Relationships: With your Customer Service team, you take the lead in building and managing strong relationships with our customers, making sure that our valuable customers are taken care of and have their needs met.
- Delivering Operational Excellence: You are accountable for managing the facilities, resources and equipment in your centre. You will also ensure that safety protocols are adhered to.
- Leadership and team management: The center manager leads and fosters a positive work environment. They establish open communication, coach and mentor their team members, resolve conflicts, and promote teamwork. They set clear expectations, conduct performance evaluations, collect feedback, and give due recognition to boost the team's motivation and job satisfaction.
- Diploma or degree in any discipline
- Min. 2 years experience in the industry. Management experience preferred.
- Strong sales and customer relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
