We are looking for passionate individuals who are keen to enter the Early Childhood industry under the Career Conversion Programme (CCP) for Preschool Educators. This is a full-time role as a Trainee Teacher in our childcare centre, while being sponsored for the course.
Under the CCP, selected candidates will work as a Trainee Teacher at any one of the YMCA's Child Development Centres while being sponsored for the course. There would be structured training programme provided which comprises of Synchronous e-learning training and On-the-Job training at the centre. The programme will be conducted over months duration.
Upon completion of the programme, you will be a qualified trained educator certified by ECDA with the attainment of the WSQ Professional Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education.
