Responsibilities:
- Dissemination of the approved Shell RTR/COQ & technical bulletins/alerts
- Assist in the Coordination of the Technical Service Assistance (TSA) Visit Audit(s) by Shell International consultant
- Assist to implement and maintain the Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety Management System
- Promote and implement continuous Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety awareness training
- Ensure that onsite aviation fuel storage facilities and services comply to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards
- Assist to plan & conduct Internal (i.e. IQA, QAS, QSI & Self Checks), including coordinate the External Audits (i.e. Tuv Sud Certification Audits, QAB Audits)
- Assist to coordinate & manage the consolidation of the Quality Audits & their related issues
- Coordinate and monitor actual audits progress & CCPV
- Consolidate the Audits findings & CCPV returns
- Assist in the investigation of the nonconformances & Validation of the corrective actions
- Other tasks as assigned by Quality Assurance Manager
Requirement:
- Min 3 years relevant QA/QC and auditing experience
- Knowledge on ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Standards is highly preferred
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written
- Positive thinking and self motivated
- Appointment will be commensurate with your experience
