- Expand and lead a successful sales organization driving strong revenue growth
- Provide leadership and counsel to the sales organization, implementing sales organization objectives that appropriately reflect the company's business goals
- Lead the development and rollout of appropriate KPIs and productivity measures relating to sales and commercial execution
- Work with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify problems, and process gaps and assist in ongoing process improvements
- Responsible for the optimal deployment of sales personnel
- Represent APAC commercial interests in key internal operational committees
- Liaise closely with market, regional and global teams where appropriate
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in healthcare, business, or logistics.
- Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or equivalent
- At least 10 years of global or regional responsibility and a career track record of success in sales, marketing, or Commercial/Sales Operations leadership
- In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical, biotech, clinical trials, or life sciences industry
- Experience leading matrixed, cross-functional teams and influencing change
- Strong leadership capability and relationship management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
- Strong creativity and critical thinking abilities
- Strong detail orientation and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
