    Description

    Purpose:
    Responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization in APAC; fosters a close working relationship with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the sales organization's efficient operation and success.

    Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Expand and lead a successful sales organization driving strong revenue growth
  • Provide leadership and counsel to the sales organization, implementing sales organization objectives that appropriately reflect the company's business goals
  • Lead the development and rollout of appropriate KPIs and productivity measures relating to sales and commercial execution
  • Work with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify problems, and process gaps and assist in ongoing process improvements
  • Responsible for the optimal deployment of sales personnel
  • Represent APAC commercial interests in key internal operational committees
  • Liaise closely with market, regional and global teams where appropriate
  • Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in healthcare, business, or logistics.
  • Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or equivalent
  • At least 10 years of global or regional responsibility and a career track record of success in sales, marketing, or Commercial/Sales Operations leadership
  • In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical, biotech, clinical trials, or life sciences industry
  • Experience leading matrixed, cross-functional teams and influencing change
  • Strong leadership capability and relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
  • Strong creativity and critical thinking abilities
  • Strong detail orientation and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
