    Mission statement:
    Implement and manage the Service strategy at the geography responsible to ensure profitable and sustainable service growth. Also responsible for customer satisfaction by timely resolution of customer issues.

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Support the local sales organization and existing customers in determining technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions. Assist in preparing offers, providing technical support during meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
    • Participate in project kickoff meetings, define costs, ensure completion of Project Risk Review documentation, and analyze legal and contractual clauses.
    • Analyze technical issues, evaluate customer needs and competitor offers, and recommend future actions to improve results.
    • Prepare technical and financial aspects of offers, negotiate agreements with partners, and collect all relevant documentation for proposals.
    • Manage technical inspections, provide necessary technical support to the sales team, and support negotiations with customers.
    • Uphold Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity.

    Your Background:

    • Degree qualifications in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
    • Sales & Marketing experience in tendering/bidding/sales support for high-voltage equipment, with experience in brownfield solutions.
    • Experience in estimating, tendering, and technical know-how of GIS switchgear and Sub-station.
    • Technical and commercial understanding of GIS solutions, Single Line Diagram review, and computer literacy.
    • Competency in using SFDC, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and good communication skills.
    • Ability to cooperate with diverse cultures, flexibility to travel to customer sites, and strong time management skills.
