    Global Function:

    As part of the Global Finance team at Blackstone, our mission is to operate a world-class, technologically advanced platform that offers a full scope of investment, liquidity, and risk management capabilities on a global scale. The team at Blackstone comprises Treasury Operations, Technology, Finance and Analytics as well as Accounts Payable and Procurement Operations.

    The Treasury Operations teams are located in three Regional Treasury Centres ("RTC") - New York, London, and Singapore. The Singapore RTC is fully integrated into Blackstone's Global Treasury operations, supporting global processes under the 'follow-the-sun', 'one platform, one process' operating model.

    The Treasury team currently utilizes a robust Treasury Management System ("TMS") to centralize the payment processing function for each of the three regions, and will also continuously seek opportunistic investments that preserve liquidity while optimizing returns.

    Job Responsibilities:

    This candidate will be an integral team member in Blackstone's Singapore RTC and will partner closely with the Finance teams throughout APAC on treasury needs for our Asia-based Corporate and Investing businesses. The candidate will report into the Asia Treasury Manager, and will be responsible for:

    • Cash Management Operations
      • Working with the team to ensure timely execution of payments, while adhering to strict cut-off times for corporate and fund level activities
      • Monitor account balances and execute recommended daily sweeps
      • Static Data maintenance - update internal and external standard settlement instructions as required
      • Primary/secondary contact person for our regional bank partners, international Treasury counterparties, finance groups and deal teams for Blackstone's various operating businesses
      • Provide middle and back-office support for cash, investments and FX/derivative transactions
      • Monitoring and review of SWIFT (SAA), FIN & Fileact transmissions
      • Review daily liquidity reports and help maintain monthly cash flow forecast
    • On-board and Manage relationships
      • Assist with coordinating bank account opening/KYC needs as required
      • Coordinate KYC refreshes with our regional bank partners
      • Support the establishment of Swift channels with regional bank partners
    • Projects and Technology
      • Assist in regional projects and provide support for global projects including new system implementations and process enhancements
      • Administer bank portal access as required

    Qualifications, Experience and Skills:

    • Basic understanding of SWIFT payment processing and reporting, with some knowledge of SWIFT message standards for corporate payments
    • Basic understanding of the bank account opening process, including preparing forms/letters related to bank account documentation ( KYC, Letter of Direction)
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
    • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
    • High level of integrity and trustworthiness
    • Organised with an ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • Strong interpersonal as well as written & verbal communication skills
    • Good team player and excels in a team first environment
    • Customer-service oriented
    • Prior experience in using a Treasury Management Workstation is a plus
    • Previous experience with an alternative asset management company or other asset management company is a plus
