Description

Responsibilities:

• Generate PO, update Delivery Order & monitoring outstanding purchases.
• Sourcing of new quotation if new project required.
• Issue, print and send PO form based on Purchase Requisition.
• Ensure delivery quantities, prices & dates are in order
• Coordinating shipments and delivery information, to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor Monthly PO and stock level.
• Conduct and involve in Year End Stock take.

Requirements:

• GCE 'O' / 'N' Level/ ITE certificate
• 1 year of experience is preferred but not a must
• Proficient in MS Office
