Key Responsibilities:

Demonstration Videos: Plan and coordinate the production of professional-quality demonstration videos, ensuring clarity and accuracy in portraying equipment operation and maintenance.

Technology Integration: Utilize multimedia tools and e-learning platforms to enhance instructional content, ensuring learner engagement and effective knowledge retention.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
Proven experience in developing and coordinating instructional programs for both live training sessions and demonstration videos.
Proficiency in multimedia tools, elearning platforms, and video editing software.
Strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and assessment strategies.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience with creating and organizing training materials, including transcripts and documentation.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality instructional content.
