    Job Description:


    As the Sales and Business Development Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth in the competitive data center industry landscape of Singapore and the APAC region.

    You will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and nurturing client relationships to maximize market penetration and profitability.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion in the data center industry segment.

    Lead the sales team in prospecting, qualifying, and acquiring new clients, leveraging your network and industry expertise to generate leads and secure business opportunities.

    Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including enterprise clients, technology partners, and industry influencers, to enhance brand visibility and market positioning.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and technical experts, to tailor solutions to meet client requirements and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

    Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities and potential threats, informing strategic decision-making and resource allocation.

    Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics to track progress against targets and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

    Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to showcase our offerings, build thought leadership, and forge strategic alliances.

    Mentor, coach, and develop sales talent, fostering a high-performance culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation within the team.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.

    Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the data center industry or related technology sectors.

    Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, colocation services, cloud computing, and emerging technologies, with the ability to articulate complex solutions to diverse audiences.

    Demonstrated ability to drive business development initiatives, negotiate contracts, and close high-value deals with enterprise clients and strategic partners.
    Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of prioritizing competing demands and driving execution in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    Proven leadership capabilities, with experience in building and motivating high-performing sales teams to achieve ambitious targets.
