What success in this role looks like:

  • Develop and own processes to ensure operational hygiene and efficiency of the sales team
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to our Chief Commercial Officer around strategic risks and opportunities facing the sales team
  • Being highly proactive and selfsufficient with the ability to quickly evolve your thinking in response to new information
  • Colead short

and longterm initiatives contributing to overall growth, sales productivity, and ultimately profitability Develop and effectively communicate datadriven strategic insights and recommendations to the sales team and stakeholders across the company
Responsibilities:
  • Identify and enforce best practices for sales systems and tools, including CRM (we use Hubspot)
Develop and report on key revenue and operational metrics to understand key drivers of performance and support revenue forecasting Synthesize external market research, competitive insights, and internal data to drive strategic discussions
Qualifications: years experience with a track record working in the enterprise SaaS / software space Experience with CRM tools, preferably Hubspot Familiarity with B2B sales funnels Ability to think analytically and solve problems in a structured way Willingness and ability to quickly adopt a wide and expanding range of productivity tools, such as Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Miro, Hub Excellent presentation and verbal communication skills in English

Nicetohaves Demonstrated experience with, or passion for, with sustainability Prior experience with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, etc.)
