JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Scrutinize projects' contract documents
  • Coordinate with engineers from Design Department on shop drawings production
  • Study and check the accuracy of shop drawings
  • Prepare budget for projects
  • Prepare monthly progress claims together with Contract Department
  • Attend site meetings
  • Liaise with client's representative and engineers to ensure smooth progress of work on site
  • Work closely with site supervisors and foremen on the deployment of workers on site
  • Control wastages and productivity on site
  • Prepare monthly Site Activity Reports
  • Prepare method statements and attend to site's technical problems
  • Observe and inculcate safety awareness among site personnel and workers
  • Ensure compliance with Company's IMS process and procedures
  • Ensure OSH risk assessments and EMS impact & aspect register are conducted and implemented in company operations
  • Any other duties to be assigned to you from time to time

PRE-REQUISITES

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English language
  • Team player
  • Proactive and selfmotivated in problemsolving
  • Strong time management
  • Proficient in the use of AUTOCAD software and any other drafting software
