Roles & Responsibilities

· Lead and manage the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's network infrastructure, server environments, and cybersecurity measures.

· Actively participate in hands-on technical tasks such as network configuration, server administration, and cybersecurity assessments.

· Develop and implement strategies, policies, and procedures for efficient and secure network and server operations, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery.

· Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to a team of IT professionals responsible for network, server, and cybersecurity functions.

Monitor and analyze network performance, server performance, and cybersecurity events to identify and resolve issues, optimize performance, and ensure systems availability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT professional with expertise in network, server, and cybersecurity functions.
• Strong hands-on experience with network protocols, network devices (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls), server hardware, operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux), virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V), and common business applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, collaboration tools).
• Experience with network and system monitoring and management tools such as network monitoring systems, system management frameworks, performance monitoring tools, or equivalent tools.
• Strong understanding of IT security principles, best practices, and industry standards (e.g., CIS Critical Security Controls, NIST Cybersecurity Framework).
• Project management skills and experience in managing IT projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
