Where do you come into the picture?


Instarem is looking for a strategic, data-driven and ambitious SME Marketing Manager who will lead inbound pipeline generation and revenue growth to support sales teams globally.

As a key member of the Instarem marketing team, you will be responsible for the scalable, predictable and repeatable process of generating demand across channels.

If you are a revenue-centric marketing that thrives on growth, passionate about building and scaling a modern B2B demand engine, this is the role for you.


  • Implement the regional marketing strategy and B2B marketing framework to optimize the impact of global and country led marketing programs.
  • Work closely with sales to achieve pipeline and revenue goals for our business segment.
  • Own demand creation and demand capture strategy and end to end implementation across online (digital marketing) and offline channels (events, thought leadership).
  • Conceptualise, design, and project manage the overall execution of innovative, multichannel campaigns to drive MQLs and sourced pipeline, while closely monitoring conversion rates and optimising campaigns at each stage.
  • Design and develop sales enablement playbooks to help accelerate the sales process.
  • Be the voice of the customers and influence product design and product pipeline to satisfy SME client needs
  • Bring a testing and optimization framework to each approach, constantly striving to improve past performance.
  • Conduct deep dive to get insights on marketing campaign performance, understand reason behind of these measured metrics, and lead customer analytical initiative that related to marketing/business direction.
  • Work with product team to plan and execute GTM plans for new products and features to market in a way that opens and accelerates performance.
  • Develop and implement strategy for ongoing control, maintenance and enhancement of marketing database in the areas of process, standards, access control, and documentation
  • Comfortable working in a very fast paced environment with a team based in APAC and US

Requirements:


  • Experience working closely with a SDR and field sales organisation.
  • A selfstarter with strong project management and analytical skills, and ability to navigate through ambiguity.
  • Obsessed with customer experience and the customer journey. You know how to create programs that work at each stage of the journey to add value, create engagement, and drive action.
  • Good understanding and appreciation of working in a fastpaced, multicultural environment.
