Job Description

• Cultivating and expanding the base of new specifiers and business relationships.
• Contributing to the development of key specification tools aimed at enhancing sales and market presence.
• Influencing architects and specifiers to adopt proprietary specifications for company systems.
• Maintaining close collaboration with the R&D and Technical departments regarding specification-related matters.
• Sustaining regular interaction with architects, consultants, and key specifiers to uphold the desired level of customer service quality.
• Conducting presentations and training sessions for architects and engineers.
• Participating in product presentations, seminars, industry organizations, and trade shows.
• Supporting sales personnel in addressing client needs related to specifications.
• Providing insights into competitors and market trends.
• Marketing and promoting the company product range to architects, consultants, developers, and contractors.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of sales or marketing experience, with a preference for candidates having worked in the construction industry
