Description
Responsible for the operations of the day-to-day operations the arena and will work closely with staff across all departments.

  • Ensure memorable, fun and safe experiences for all customers, develop creative and innovative programs and concepts with strong customer retention.
  • Assess and propose plans for creating business opportunities, improving customer satisfaction, reducing costs and driving efficiency.
  • Enhance and develop SOPs, manuals, and processes, establish and maintain team competencies in systems and processes.

Requirements:


  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of
    technical experience
    in Amusement Park industry.**:
  • Proven records in leading business and operational processes, including P&L, budgeting, financial analysis and operations/strategic planning.
  • Businessoriented and resilient, with the ability to balance commercial and operational requirements in decision making.
