• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• A minimum of 35 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a listed company or related industry.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and financial analysis.
• Knowledge of relevant listing rules, securities laws, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical, problemsolving, and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
