Responsibilities

• You are to process all customers' request & enquiries pertaining to access card programming and logger transactions.
• To assists Project Engineer in testing & commissioning of access card programming.
• Be responsible in processing report according to customers' request or schedule.
• To perform downloading of data from site's access card panel to Control Center.
• Conduct periodic backup & archive customers' history transactions and database.

Requirements

• You should possess at least Nitec with basic computer knowledge
• Good telephone communication technique and interpersonal skills as well as good analytical skills.
• Monday - Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Call Center environment with a team of 5
• $15 performance incentives per working day
• Basic salary range $1,800 to $2,000
• Entitled to 13th month AWS

• Expected salary: $1,800 - $2,000 per month
