    Roles & Responsibilities
    • Clinic Receptionist Days week ( Office Hours)
    • Answer phone calls and reply to customer enquiries.
    • Making appointments and coordinate appointments.
    • Register patients.
    • Sending appointment reminders to patients.
    • Prepare case notes and insurance claim forms.
    • Handling Corporate and OTAI billing. Ensure billing details are correct.
    • Handle OTAI claims.
    • Liaise with OTAI for Letter of Guarantee (LOG).
    • Liaise with specialist clinics, hospitals, laboratories and radiology for billing.
    • Ensure to follow up outstanding payment from corporate, OTAI and self-payment patients.
    • Maintain clinic facilities.
    • Can speak Japanese language

    Requirements

    · 5.5 work week

    . Pleasant and able to converse in Japanese to the Japanses-patients
