- Support Production system, perform enhancement and develop new changes, etc.
- Good technical Skills with Unix scripting, Sql, oracle and production support.
- Knowledge in Java or web technologies, will be preferred.
- Experience in ITIL processes.
- Able to interact and coordinate efficiently with other IT Sections and within Core Application Team itself.
- Prepare/update Technical Specifications and end user system job instructions documents.
- Liaise with external parties pertaining to system collaboration and system testing.
- Observe, maintain and comply with the KPIs, work instructions, guidelines, security controls, audit controls and governance set.
- Ensure quality deliverables, documentation, reporting for work assigned and performed.
- Willingness to work on call support on weekends / public holidays.
