- Preparing daily production work and supporting documentation in a high-volume environment.
- Utilizing internal and external systems, reports, and sources to ensure accurate and timely data.
- Performing confirmation matching, delivery of trade instructions, and fail management for equity, fixed income, and foreign exchange transactions.
- Generating client reports and maintaining attention to detail.
- Identifying business risks and escalating to senior associates.
- Communicating issues to reviewers, managers, and other parties.
- Researching and analyzing information to resolve issues.
- Participating in team initiatives and projects.
- Identifying and discussing ideas for best practices and process improvements.
- Interacting with internal and external parties to address questions and issues.
- Demonstrates a working knowledge of securities and investment operations.
