Description
We are looking for talented and exeperienced senior executive manager/director to join our wholesale trading company for business development.

You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for our products to various customers and channels. You will also be involved in developing and implementing strategic plans to grow our market share and profitability.

As a senior business development executive, you will:

  • Generate new leads and prospects by conducting market research, cold calling, networking, and attending trade shows and events
  • Develop relationships with potential clients and understand their needs and challenges
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive pitches and presentations that showcase the value of our products and solutions
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients that meet or exceed sales targets and margin expectations
  • Maintain and grow existing client accounts by providing excellent customer service and support
  • Coordinate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, logistics, and finance, to ensure smooth delivery of products and services
  • Create regular reports and update internal databases on the sales performance, market trends, and business opportunities
  • Provide feedback and insights on customer preferences, competitors' activities, and industry best practices
  • Contribute to the development of new products or services based on customer feedback or changing market demands
  • Establish and maintain a positive brand image and reputation in the market
To be successful as a senior business development executive, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field of machinery/equipments/electronic devices
  • A minimum of 510 years of experience in a senior business development or sales role in a wholesale trading company or a similar industry
  • A strong knowledge of the wholesale trading industry and market principles
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • A high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethics
