KSK Design and build Pte Ltd is a renovation company providing full end to end interior design and renovation services for both residential and commercial customers.
We are having our own in-house aluminium and glass fabrication services for window, doors, skylight, trellis, staircases, etc.Position:
Experience Interior Designer
- Experience Interior Designer having 2~3 years of experiences for both residential and commercial renovation.
- Monitor design process from conception to construction administration to ensure consistency of design idea.
- Work closely with customers throughout design development and implementation stages.
- Communicate and coordinate with client, consultants, authorities and all other stakeholders.
- Prepare submission drawings to authorities.
- In charge of the overall coordination of the project from design to completion.
Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
- 23 years of experience in project management and design.
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction details and materials.
- Ability to work in fast pace environment.
- Experience in using AUTOCAD and 3D rendering will be an added advantage.
