Responsibilities

First point of contact for all front face process related issues occurring during outofhoursshift operation;
Work closely with process owner, equipment engineering and operations teams to restore down process back to production;
Deploy and review effective statistical control of processes to ensure a stable and robust processing platform
Provide effective handover to/from day/night shift process engineers
Provide technical expertise and collect data to project teams

Skills/Education

Minimum Diploma in engineering discipline
At least 2 years of experience in the semiconductor industry e.g. lithography, etch, withWLCSP background in advantage
Experienced in SPC, OCAP, Minitab and other problemsolving skills
Excellent hands on troubleshooting capabilities and resourceful in recommending solutions for problems
