Ready to take the financial reins? We're on the hunt for a skilled Accounts Executive to manage our client's financial landscape in the Singapore office and ensure that the accounting and finance function is in harmony with China HQ.

The Challenges

Command the full spectrum of accounting functions, guaranteeing accuracy and adherence to Singapore's financial statutes.
Conduct daily financial duties, including the meticulous crafting of invoices, bank reconciliations, and payment orchestration.
Lead the charge on monthend closures, GST submissions, and audits, creating a seamless wrapup of financial activities.
Forge a robust connection with China headquarters, aligning financial narratives and crafting cohesive reports.
Orchestrate internal financial mechanisms, curating SOA for suppliers and navigating intercompany financial streams.

What It Takes

Strong accounting system experience with proficiency in understanding reports written in Chinese. Alternative system experience in SAP and MYOB proficiency, paired with a mastery of Microsoft Excel and Access is highly preferred.
A seasoned hand at accounts payable/receivable, general ledger tasks, and financial administration.
A degree in Accounting and Finance, with a rich palette of skills in accounting, taxation, auditing, and finance.
Experience with the any international accounting standards, crafting sharp margin reports, and dissecting financial KPIs.
