Description

Responsibilities:


  • Handle customer service hotline and provide first level of support
  • Provide quality customer service to customers over the phone
  • Listen, probe and question in order to clarify and understand customer needs
  • Any other adhoc tasks assigned

Requirements:


  • Singaporean only
  • N Level and above
  • Able to multitask
  • Able to commit to office hours deskbound (9am to 6pm from Mondays to Fridays and alternate Saturdays/Sundays
    OR 8.30am to 6.30pm from Mondays to Thursdays and 9am to 6pm on Fridays)

Additional Information:


  • 12 weeks probation
  • Incentives are applicable upon confirmation
  • Workplace at 203 Henderson Road, Bukit Merah
