Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer service hotline and provide first level of support
- Provide quality customer service to customers over the phone
- Listen, probe and question in order to clarify and understand customer needs
- Any other adhoc tasks assigned
Requirements:
- Singaporean only
- N Level and above
- Able to multitask
- Able to commit to office hours deskbound (9am to 6pm from Mondays to Fridays and alternate Saturdays/Sundays
OR 8.30am to 6.30pm from Mondays to Thursdays and 9am to 6pm on Fridays)
Additional Information:
- 12 weeks probation
- Incentives are applicable upon confirmation
- Workplace at 203 Henderson Road, Bukit Merah
