Warehouse Admin - Singapore - MES LOGISTICS PTE. LTD.
Description
Responsibilities:
- Receive and coordinate product deliveries, ensuring accuracy and noting any discrepancies.
- Perform goods receipt in the warehouse management system.
- Coordinate with operators for picking and inspect products before packing for outbound delivery.
- Prepare outbound documentation and coordinate with hauliers.
- Maintain proper documentation for inbound and outbound processes for audit purposes.
- Complete any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Min GCE 'O' Level or equivalent
- Knowledge to use Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Application
- Preferably with customer service work experience
- Working location at Jurong
