Job Responsibilities:

Position OverviewThis role heads the division that has a direct accountability pertaining to enabling and facilitating risk management, compliance and audit coordination in the company.

The incumbent must be able to deal with senior managers and working level staff.
ResponsibilitiesThis manager is expected to provide support to the Risk Management Committee. He/She is responsible for the followings, i.

Recommend and maintain frameworks, methodologies and policies for risk managementHave oversight on the business units' resolution of audit issues till closureHave oversight on the business units' risk assessmentsOversee secretarial-related duties for Risk Management CommitteeMaintain surveillance and monitoring of applicable regulations and risk from epidemicsEngage parent company and business units for policy alignment and reportingOversee business units' risk coordinators for risk management activitiesComplianceCoordinate the conduct if internal auditOversee audit issue-tracking and evidence-sightingOversee the management of internal auditors and the parent company's auditorsRequirementsThis manager is expected to provide support to the Risk Management Committee.

Qualification

Degree in a relevant discipline from a reputable university, coupled with at least 6 years of managerial experience in risk management (preferably in an IT-related, financial operations or banking environment), audit co-ordination and in assessment of internal controls.
