    Roles & Responsibilities

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • To maintain the administration system in terms of scheduling and arranging of training classes.
    • To liaise with vendors/training providers for reasonable quotation and services catered to the requirements of the company.
    • To prepare PO and ensure payment is settled on time.
    • To assist in the preparation of the monthly reporting to site.
    • Assists in the uploading of any required documents in relevant training management system, portal, or any system that holds the necessary documents for certification process of the different courses being conducted in-house or publicly.
    • Maintain the training management system by monitoring and keeping the training records up-to-date.
    • May be required to carry out other duties which are within the general level of responsibility of the position.
    • To carry out studio work including filming and editing works and liaise with each trainers to complete the final product.
    • To ensure the good safekeeping of the equipment used for the learning material development is done appropriately and to maintain the studio condition with excellent care.
    • To carry out any other duties as and when assigned by the immediate supervisor or higher management.

    Qualification & Experience Generally Required

    • Certificate in Human Related Studies or Learning and Development or its equivalent.
    • 1-3 years of relevant experience.
    • Demonstration of knowledge in major Microsoft suites including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Good knowledge of record keeping and general training administration.
    • Must demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Must be able to take initiatives and demonstrate ability to work independently and also in a team.
