My clients are well established Architect firm in town area.

Required 1 x Project Architect. 2 x Senior Project Architect

Job Description

• Coordinates site inspection and authority clearances

• Project management from start to handover, tender preparation and detailing

• Engage in team and project meetings to resolve project issues and coordinate to schedule adherence of technical issues

What you will need:

• Enthusiastic individuals with good team spirit

Requirement

• A recognised relevant university degree in Architecture

• Minimum 3 years experience in Architectural schematic design, design development, tender documentation and project administration of various size and types of projects particularly in Commercial Retail/Office and Attractions

• Good portfolio of project work

• Ability to work independently without supervision

• Possess good knowledge of local building codes and regulations, authority requirements and compliance ability

My advertisement salary is just indicative for Project Architect.

Salary is based on experience. The more senior the merrier, we have openings for Registered Architects as well.
