Responsibilities:


  • Support in resource planning, tracking of revenues and expenditures
  • System Administrator for the Asset Management System
  • Support in procurement
  • Coordinate with various teams to manage all Assets' information (e.g. Asset Register, SOP, Reports, etc.)
  • To develop various documentations (e.g. SLA, SOP, Report, Contract, etc) and monitor the validity & expiry of each documentation
  • To gather information on operations and activities for Auditpurposes
  • Assist to plan and conduct Internal Audits
  • Perform Physical Asset condition assessment
  • Support to plan and forecast the Asset Management (e.g. Asset's Life Cycle)
  • Support in driving towards the ISO 55001 requirements
  • Support in incoming/outgoing QC checks when required
  • Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:


  • Possess a Diploma in Engineering / Business / Supply Chain or related discipline
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Powerpoint, Excel & Word)
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
