We are searching for a self-driven and creative individual to be part of this journey, where you get the opportunity to be involved in global and regional projects.

You will also be involved in marketing and showcasing our Total Rewards programs internally and externally in the Asia region.

_Total Rewards Rebranding _:

Explore new and more engaging ways to present and articulate our Total Rewards

("TR") offerings, improve our communication approach (channels, medium etc.)

Find innovative ways to record short training videos for TR modules
Help develop a Total Rewards guidebook for internal use, and work closely with Country People Team to draft or review country rewards related policies and process documentation (both internal use and employee use)
Partner Corporate Communications team to design and develop content for communication materials for both internal and external communication via online and offline channels, such as but not limited to, intranet, internal newsletters, video content, roadshows and so on
Create training materials (media/documents) in collaboration with the Total Rewards team members
Coordinate with relevant departments and vendors on system enhancements and/or implementation for the rewards space

_Knowledge Management _:

Support with MS Teams channel data migration
Set up guidelines around data sharing / warehousing within TR team
Maintain updated policies, templates and reference materials released by Total Rewards in the various communication channels, e.g. Intranet, MS Teams Channel, etc
Explore various means of digitalization in our way of working

_Practical Rewards Exposure _:

Support with data consolidation for survey participation
Enhance / improve templates used within TR team
Process documentation
Mobility administration

What Will Make You Successful?

Pursuing a Degree in business, marketing, HR or related discipline
Great interpersonal and written communication skills
Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel
Agile and adaptable to handle dynamic situations and a fastpaced environment
Creative, innovative and passionate about what you do
