    Roles & Responsibilities

    The HR Administrative Assistant is responsible for the execution of the HR operational activities to ensure business needs are met at optimal efficiency and compliance to statutory regulations.

    Below is a non-exhaustive list of deliveries expected from the candidate. However, it covers the foundation responsibilities and capabilities that are required for the candidate to be successful in role.

    • Complete data entry of new hires' record in HR system
    • Organize and maintain electronic pfiles
    • Ensure data integrity of HR record
    • Maintain proper record of work pass and training record
    • Handle and sort daily mailers
    • Assist in other ad hoc HR admin duties

    Qualification and Requirements

    • NITEC in Human Resources or relevant field
    • MS Office literacy
    • Strong team player
    • Ability to handle volume and multi-task in fast-pace environment
    • Meticulous and strong in documentation
