Key responsibilities:
General Office Administration
- Day to day accounting data entry, posting in financial system, issuing of claims
- Preparation of weekly PowerPoint slides for church services
- Printing and filing of documents and maintaining a proper filing system
- Provide support to the church office as necessary in administrative or accounting tasks
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE "N/O" Level or ITE certificate
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Proficient in Chinese and English (verbal and written)
- Basic knowledge in accounting
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Prior experience working in a church is a plus
