    Roles & Responsibilities

    Graphic Designer

    The individual will be a part of a homegrown dynamic F&B group that owns and manages a portfolio of midscale, casual dining, quick-service and ecommerce brands. This role is responsible for translating the brand vision and sales and marketing strategy into creative materials and formats via online and offline marketing channels, in driving brand awareness, footfall and sales.

    This role demands creative flair that is balanced with a good understanding of the F&B industry and consumer purchase behaviour. The individual must be skilled in Adobe design software and platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Shopify, Squarespace and Wordpress, and is both a self-initiator as well as a team player. Having an eye for detail and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders and projects effectively is also imperative.

    Responsibilities

    • · Conceptualise and develop compelling creative assets and marketing collateralaligned with brand identity and messaging, for both online and offline channels to deliver footfall and sales outcomes.
    • · Develop and produce visual content in a variety of formats for social media channels such as but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, RED and WeChat, aimed at increasing following, engagement and sales.
    • · Ensures that information on brand websites is correct and up to date. Supports the building/revamp of websites with the development of creative assets as and when required.
    • · Plan and create brand assets with brand, product, venue and lifestyle photography and videography for social media and collateral use.
    • · Works with professional photographers to manage photoshoots and produce impactful brand assets that are in line with brand standards to drive purchase and sales.
    • · Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to conceptualise and develop design solutions such as retail packaging that align with brand standards and sales goals.
    • · Manage printers and suppliers to ensure seamless and timely production of project deliverables that meet brand standards and cost considerations.
    • Ensures proper documentation and filing of all creative artworks as well as manage and maintain the brands' creative assets/image library.
    • Fluent in verbal and written English and Chinese
