Roles & ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service Assistant
Location: Tanjong Pagar
Working hours: Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm
Duration: 28 Mar to 23 Apr 2024
Salary: $2.2k per month
Job scope:
• Answer customer enquiries received via hotline
• Resolve investors' written queries through multi-channel customers' platform, including emails and live chat
• Resolve or manage escalation matters
• Be an advocate for digitalization to educate & guide the investors to self-serve options to facilitate the transactions or service functionalities
• Liaise with other units to provide appropriate or customize solutions to these value clients
• Complete ad-hoc assignments as required
Job requirement:
Min A level/ diploma in any field
Able to commit to the entire duration
