Description

Our client is a Government link company in the FMCG industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a HR Business Partner to be part of their Human Resource team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West - easily accessible.

Duties:


  • Assist HRBP in providing HR services, advice, and project implementation.
  • Collaborate with line managers to enhance employee experience and cultivate a highperformance culture.
  • Support HRBP by offering performance management advice, coaching, and guidance to ensure employee engagement.
  • Coordinate with talent acquisition team for recruiting trainees.
  • Disseminate monthly business updates and reports in a timely manner.
  • Contribute to HR transformation projects when necessary.
  • Undertake additional HR tasks as required

Requirements:


  • 23 years of experience in HR preferred
  • Able to communicate and present effectively
