What you'll do

Ownership of services solution and architecture solution design including estimation and planning for impactful proposals and RFP responses.

Operate in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for driving multiple customer opportunities in parallel.

Partner with Adobe sales teams to conduct business and technical discovery with customers.

Problem solve novel solutions, architectures and use cases to help customers meet their objectives

Develop robust recommendations, proposals, and scope of work documents for Adobe Consulting engagements while also identifying critical dependencies & gaps

Help customers understand Adobe's capabilities and the transformative power of digital marketing


Qualifications:

10-15 years of experience working in a top-tier consulting or technology organization


In-depth understanding of the typical requirements for digital experience transformation and delivery implementation e xpertise and experience in one or more of the experience cloud solutions including either AEM, AEP or Adobe Commerce.

Understanding of Marketing automation a n d customer journey management domain, including implementation, operations, and optimisation of campaigns against business objectives

Robust understanding of p ersonalisation and optimisation of digital experience including testing and analysi s.


Strong architectural skills in at least one of the following: Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) sites, assets, Adobe Experience Platform app services (AEP), Adobe Campaign and/or Adobe Journey Optimiser (AJO), Analytics with target and Audience manager experience.

Deep k nowledge of enterprise architectures and integrations to broader Adobe and non-Adobe ecosystem.


Well-versed with presales, solutioning and estimation for solutions involving Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Experience platform and broader Digital Experience Cloud.

Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Strong drive to solve customer problems and rapidly convert pipeline opportunities into closed deals

Balance of business and technology acumen, including the ability to articulate high-level technical solutions to business problems and to tie your solutions to program success criteria

Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills, including the ability to create clear observations, analysis, and conclusions based on customer interviews and data

Excellent customer facing skills with experience presenting to and achieving buy-in from senior executives (managers, directors, VPs, CDOs, CMOs, and CXOs)

Ability to multi-task and prioritize across multiple sales opportunities at the same time


Team player who can collaborate with multiple stakeholders to arrive at the best solution to meet the customer business objectives.

Understanding of the Digital Marketing landscape and experience with relevant Digital Marketing strategies and technologies

Familiar with concepts of data modelling, data strategies, and data science principles to lead discussions with data architects.

Willingness to travel where required.

Technical degree with advanced degree preferred
