JOB DESCRIPTION
Title - Logistics Executive


RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Logistics for Retailers and Boutiques*
  • In charge of retailers' and Boutiques related sales documents including but not limited to Invoices and Credit Notes.
  • Ensure that shipment or receipt of goods to or from the entity is accomplished.
  • Control Shipped items and shipping validity dates as well as duties/tariffs at government institutions.
  • Responsible for issuing and controlling import and export licenses and all other processes and control related to import and export whenever required.
  • To ensure all Company's inventories (i.e. watches, jewellery pieces and boxes) are properly monitored and reconciled to minimize discrepancy.
  • To ensure that all shipments on purchases are properly checked and reconciled against shipment invoices.
  • To follow up with Headquarters on any purchase related issues when necessary.
  • To ensure that the quality control on new shipments are performed according to the specific guidelines and to the quality standards established by Headquarters.
  • To keep logistic costs for delivery competitive in line with outdoor risks compliance set out by the Company and not compromising on timely delivery to the recipient etc
  • Coordinate with forwarders on delivery and shipment processing including but not limited to packing and dispatch of stocks, etc.
  • Packing and shipping for repairs to and from Customer Service center, boutique and retailers.
  • Ensure that stock procedures, proper documentation as well as insurance requirements are adhered to.
  • Coordinate with Customer Service on quality check for new shipment of watches.
  • Administer and provide relevant documents and information required by local authorities in a timely manner.
  • Perform weekly, monthly and yearly inventory stock count.
  • Respond to adhoc assignments in a timely manner.
  • Undertake special projects and/or assignments when required.

Logistics for Customer Service Shipment

  • In charge of coordination of CS shipment such repair watches and spare parts
  • Ensure that all the documentations are complete and accurate before arranging pickup by the forwarder company
  • Coordinate with forwarders on delivery and shipment processing:
  • Packing and shipping for repairs to and from Customer Service center, boutique and retailers.
  • Ensure that stock procedures, proper documentation as well as insurance requirements are adhered to.
  • Coordinate with Customer Service on schedule for delivery.

Requirement:
Degree in supply chain / related fields
