Description

As the NetSuite Administrator you areresponsible for managing NetSuite andensuring that NetSuite functionality isoptimized to meet the evolving needs ofthe business and users are fully equippedwith the training and knowledge toeffectively work with the NetSuiteenvironment.

Key to success in thisposition is the ability to build partnershipswithin the business, understand theirneeds and drive continuous improvements.

Perform functional configuration,system maintenance, and businessprocess testing for ongoing NetSuiteprojects and improvements
Active participation in UAT for system changes
Work closely with business partners,internal stakeholders, and FinanceDigital Transformation team
Assist the Finance department withdata analysis, reporting needs, andsupport their optimized use ofNetSuite
Tracking, troubleshooting andresolution of system errors/issues
Maintaining uptodate knowledge ofNetSuite functionality, customizationand integrations
Provide internal NetSuite Casessupport (new saved searches, reports,KPIs, dashboards, user roles, etc.)
Create business and technicaldocumentation customizations,workflows, and business processes,and keeping all documentation up todate
Support all aspects of external andinternal audit as related to financialsystems
Support all end user requests andprovide issue resolution for NetSuiteinternal users
Be a businessminded thought leader; building business case and driving development requirements towards best practice and industry standards

Requirements:

A minimum of 35 years experience with NetSuite ERP implementation, administration, configuration, and 3rd party integrations
Experience in NetSuite OneWorld and Financial modules is a must (GL, Fixed Assets, Lease, AP/AR, Tax, Close

- management,...)

Familiarity with NetSuite Roles and Permissions, Custom records, CSV imports, page layouts, workflows,

- saved searches, reports and dashboards

Knowledge of scripting is a plus
Experience collaborating with teams/users across regions
Ability to analyze problems, develop and recommend solutions and resolve issues
Ability to operate successfully in a fastpaced environment that places a strong premium on excellence, execution and teamwork
Wellorganized, ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects while maintaining a high level of accuracy
Ability to remain professional and flexible while under pressure
A strong understanding of business processes and requirements
System implementation and system integration experience
Ability to work independently with mínimal oversight
Strong sense of customer focus
Available outside of working hours to resolve emergency issues may be required
