- Receiving of documents on behalf of DMG department whenever they are shorthanded
- Maintenance of the registration printer
- Arranging of trunk calls
- The collection point for letters/cheques by Accounts to clients
- Able to commit to temporary / ad hoc assignment (ie. to cover for Staff on leave or MC)
- Completed At least GCE "O" Levels
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity with phone systems
- Previous experience with Microsoft Office software preferred

Work Location: Alexandra (Central)
